Who forms the community of your school or community center?
If you are leading an afterschool club at an elementary school, then you can obtain your demographic information from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) webpage:

For School Year, Select 2018-2019.
For District, select "Madison Metropolitan". For School, select your Elementary School.
If you are leading a club at a community center, please use the following MMSD school:
Salvation Army --> Emerson Elementary School

Look at the Detailed version of their School Profile; page 1 will summarize demographic information and test scores; you only need to look through pages 1-2.
