Have there been difficulties encountered in implementing their project management plan since the last report, to-date? If so, how will those be resolved prior to the end of the project?
Where there any ongoing problems with implementing the project management plan throughout the course of the project?
Describe any issues with the project management plan that you do not anticipate being resolved upon the completion of the project and if so, briefly explain why

5. Give them three points if they adequately addressed the question: “Is the team on track to staying under the project budget compared to the amount of work completed?" And, if not, what will be done to get back on-budget and schedule?” Give them 1 point if the answer seems inadequate. Give them 0 points if they didn’t answer the question.
Is the team on track to staying under the project budget compared to the amount of work completed? And if not, explain what the primary factors were that resulted in the project being over budget and/or behind schedule. How will this affect your approach to future project?

6. Did each team member make a significant contribution since the last PMR? They get three points if the were within 20% of the number of hours described for each team member in the last PMR. . They’d get two points if they were within 40% of the budget for that individual.. Give them zero points if they didn’t address this. Note – teams will often try to claim that certain individuals didn’t have the expertise for a significant workload in this part of the project. At this point in their careers, students should have a desire to learn something outside their area of expertise and a desire to help others carry the load. As long as they are assisting or supervised by others who have the expertise to solve a particular problem, they are not violating ethical code by doing work they are not qualified to do. In addition, continuous input from all team members is critical to maintain communication during the project
