Upload a pdf or wmv version of your preliminary design presentation (wmv is preferred if you included an animation in your presentation). All components of the presentation must be in a single file.
The Preliminary Design Presentation will be made in the evening in the rooms and times shown in the "Modules" section. This schedule will be posted on Tuesday, September 28th.

21. Effectively organized an oral presentation with logical flow? In assessing performance, please consider whether the presentation: Included an introduction of team members who defined their responsibilities for both the project and the presentation. Discussed adjustments in scope and/or budget (as compared to the original RFP) that were agreed to by the client/mentors/instructors? Identified the desired needs of the project and stated the recommended solution from prelim design. Made wise use of time for each item to be discussed.

22. Effectively delivered the content of an oral presentation? In assessing performance, please consider whether the presentation: Provided clear, emphatic, efficient oral delivery of technical information. Identified and created suitable graphics and equations and integrated them usefully to clarify technical concepts. Contained effectively designed slides for technical presentations with readable text. Showed ability of individuals to work well as a team. Professionally responded to judges’ questions and professionally interacted with judges.
