Note that the requirements for this semester's PMRs are different from past semesters. Therefore your PMR's will not exactly match past examples. Please read and follow these instructions and the requirements shown in the rubric. This statement is applicable to all examples provided, they are guides, not templates!

6. Did each team member make a significant contribution since the project started? They get three points if the were within 20% of the number of hours described for each team member in the last PMR. . They’d get two points if they were within 40% of the budget for that individual.. Give them zero points if they didn’t address this. Make sure you account for the differences in expectations for CEE and GLE students – their cover letter should address this. Note – teams will often try to claim that certain individuals didn’t have the expertise for a significant workload in this part of the project. At this point in their careers, students should have a desire to learn something outside their area of expertise and a desire to help others carry the load. As long as they are assisting or supervised by others who have the expertise to solve a particular problem, they are not violating ethical code by doing work they are not qualified to do. In addition, continuous input from all team members is critical to maintain communication during the project
