Expectations

1. Attend all outpatient pediatric allergy and immunology clinics at your assigned locations. Students should read up on patients prior to seeing them in clinic. Students should try to see as many patients as possible and are expected to write notes on patients they see.
2. You may be selected to perform inpatient consultations and follow up on inpatients.  If you are scheduled for inpatient (noted on the calendar sent to you by the MPAs), you should page the on-call AFCH provider that day.  Note: most of your schedule will be at one of the outpatient locations listed above.
3. If you are assigned an Independent Study day: please Read any articles from the BOX folder
4. Please try to schedule appointments, meetings, etc. to avoid conflicts with the clinic schedule. There are ample spaces in the clinic schedule for this. (Please consult Healthlink for most up to date clinic schedule.)
