Then download the Authorization form here: Assetworks Authorization Form.pdf, fill it in, get your supervisor's and Dean's office signatures and save the file. Go to the ReADY website here: https://wiscready.assetworks.cloud/, click on this icon and follow the directions to get access to Assetworks.
