Week 8 Work Time C

The purpose of this assignment is to give you more practice giving constructive feedback to your peers so they can improve their teaching.

Work with a new partner at your table who is not one of your co-leaders at your club site.

Role play any Scratch lesson for your partner that would be suitable for one of your clubs.  It can be a past lesson that you've already given (hopefully recently) or a future lesson that you are planning.  

Your role playing should take between 5-10 minutes for each of you.

Write down your partner's name and site and give them concrete feedback about their lesson. 

In your feedback, cover:

1. Presentation style: how engaging and enthusiastic are they?  did they ask interactive questions?  did they speak at the right speed and volume so you could follow what they were saying?  Be sure to give them some tips on something they could improve!
2. Content: was the lesson interesting?  was the material at a suitable level for the kids?  what were the kids supposed to learn and do you think they would learn that?  Give them some tips about something they could improve!
