Every club site is organized differently and every team works together differently. For new ideas, it can be very useful to see how other clubs operate.
Work with a partner at your table who is not one of your co-leaders at your club site.
Briefly share:
how you organize your club meetings (i.e., how your club is structured)
how your group prepares
how you divide up the work across your teammates
