Find 3 existing Scratch projects to motivate kids (one art, one story, one game; only one should be very difficult to implement)
Make sure the projects are "school appropriate" (i.e., not too violent and no references to things that would embarrass you with a teacher; the kids will get rowdy enough without any extra encouragement)
