Email thoughtful feedback to the other club leaders at your site.  Be honest, but constructive. Try to be as specific as possible.
First, how is your group dividing responsibility for the club across each of the members?   (You could send this same description to each of your group members.)

Second, what is this person doing well?  For example, are they able to do something that you wish you could do?
Third, what could this person work on and do better?  There is always something that a person can do better -- don't say everything is perfect! Do you have specific suggestions for how they could improve?
Email your feedback for each leader in your club to both the instructor (dusseau@cs.wisc.edu) and to that one club leader.  Note that your feedback is obviously not anonymous, but it will not be shared with others.
