Finishing up your I-9 Paperwork -
Before you may attend orientation, you must complete the required I-9 Paperwork. The I-9 is completed in TWO (2) sections:
- Section 1: Completed online. Search through your email for an email from "Housing Human Resources (HR)" for instructions on how to complete this section.
- Section 2: Bring physical copies of acceptable forms of identification into our HR department. Acceptable documents can be found here.
- You will need to go to the HR department located in the lower level of Slichter Residence Hall
- 625 Babcock Dr, Madison, WI 53706
- You will need to go to the HR department located in the lower level of Slichter Residence Hall
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must complete both sections of your I-9 Paperwork before you can attend any orientations, in-unit trainings, shifts. You may still continue completing the orientation requirements if Section 2 is not completed, but you will not be paid for these requirements until Section 2 is completed and verified by your Head/Office Supervisors.
