Lumen Widget in MyUW

Go to my.wisc.edu and find the Lumen widget.

If you don't see the tile, you'll need to do one of two things.

You may need to add it to your home MyUW page. Type Lumen in the "search" box and then click "add to home."

If Lumen is not available for you after you search, please reference this KB doc: How to Access Lumen Courses or Lumen Programs. University employees in an academic role will generally have access to Lumen already, due to the regular refresh of the system. New employees may not yet. Getting access to Lumen systems will mean you are able to start or edit course and/or program proposals.

If you need access to an approver role for your school/college or department, please fill out this access request form Links to an external site., and DAPIR will add you to the appropriate role. This does not mean you will have access to Guide.
