Accessing Guide

Go to MyUW and open the Lumen widget.

Within that widget, you should see several tiles.

If you do not see the Guide tile, please email Jen Brown at guideeditor@office365.wisc.edu to be added to the manifest. If you haven't already requested access to specific pages, please fill out this Guide Access survey Links to an external site.. This is independent of the Lumen access request mentioned earlier. Guide editors are able to edit non-governed content; UW employees in an academic role on campus are able to edit governed content through the Lumen course and program proposal system.

Each school and college has a Guide coordinator. This person can be a great resource regarding access and editing.
