Read the paper "Food-First Computer Science: Starting the First Course Right with PB&J".

You should be able to access the PDF through the ACM Digital Library for free from the UW network.  

You may do an activity like creating a sandwich in your club in order to emphasize the need to specify algorithms very clearly and precisely.

You can look at the paper while you answer these questions and talk with other students.  This is due BEFORE class begins!
